Dear Grant,

I just wanted to send a short note of thanks to you for the way you represented us in the sale of our townhouse.  I would consider myself a demanding client and you met and exceeded my expectations.  You were not only able to sell our home quickly, but you got us the highest price in our complex in what some might say is a soft market.

When you're selling a house you want to know that your agent is doing all that they can to sell your home.  We never doubted that.  You were also very accessible.  Whenever I called, you would either answer or call back within minutes.  Again, selling a house can be nerve wracking.  You guys kept me calm through the entire process.  Not an easy feat.

So again, I want to say a heartfelt thank you.  If and when we are ready to buy or sell again we will definitely call you.
